Following a procedure analogous to 80a, N-{(1R,2R)-2-[2-(12-aza-tricyclo[7.2.1.0*2,7*]dodeca-2(7),3,5-trien-4-ylamino)-5-chloro-pyrimidin-4-ylamino]-cyclohexyl}-methanesulfonamide (90 mg, 0.19 mmol) and cyclopropanecarbaldehyde (0.056 mL, 0.75 mmol), were converted to the title compound as an off-white solid (69 mg, 69%): 1:1 mixture of diastereomers. 1HNMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.1 (s, 1H), 7.9 (s, 1H), 7.6 (s, 0.5H), 7.5 (s, 0.5H), 7.3 (m, 1H), 7.2 (d, 0.5H, J=8.6 Hz), 7.1 (d, 0.5H, J=8.3 Hz), 6.9 (d, 1H, J=8.3 Hz), 6.7 (d, 1H, J=8.3 Hz), 4.0 (m, 1H), 3.9-3.8 (m, 1H), 3.5 (m, 1H), 3.4-3.3 (m, 1H), 3.0-2.9 (m, 4H), 2.5-2.4 (m, 1H), 2.3 (d, 1H, J=16.9 Hz), 2.2-2.0 (m, 5H), 1.9 (m, 3H), 1.6-1.2 (m, 6H), 0.9-0.8 (m, 2H), 0.4 (m, 2H); MS (m/e) 531 (M+1); mp 120-124° C.
