The title compound was prepared from 1,4-Diethyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[e][1,4]diazepin-8-ylamine and (2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-[2-(propane-2-sulfonyl)-phenyl]-amine in an analogous manner to example 724. Product was isolated as a tan solid (0.024 g, 12%). Mp 90-94° C.; LCMS (m/e) 529 (M); 1H-NMR (DMSO, 400 MHz) δ 9.47 (s, 1H), 9.43 (s, 1H), 8.59 (m, 1H), 8.29 (s, 1H), 7.86-7.84 (d, 1H, J=7.83 Hz), 7.72 (t, 1H, J=8.08 Hz), 7.40-7.36 (t, 1H, J=7.83 Hz), 7.15 (s, 1H), 7.01-6.95 (d, 1H, J=8.33 Hz), 3.61-3.52 (m, 2H), 3.47-3.45 (q, 2H, J=6.32 Hz), 2.96-2.90 (m, 5H), 2.80-2.70 (m, 2H), 1.23-1.17 (d, 6H, J=6.82 Hz), 1.08-0.98 (t, 6H, J=6.82 Hz).
