The title compound was prepared from 1-methoxy-N(6)-(2-methoxyethyl)-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-benzocyclohepten-2,6-diamine (70 mg, 0.3 mmol) and N-[(1R,2R)-2-(2,5-dichloropyrimidin-4-ylamino)-cyclohexyl]-methanesulfonamide (90 mg, 0.26 mmol) in an analogous manner to Example 946 to afford a peach foam (47 mg, 31%). Mp: 81-3° C. LCMS (m/e) 567 (M+1); 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ 7.96 (m, 2H), 7.33 (d, J=6 Hz, 1H), 6.92 (d, J=8 Hz, 1H), 5.47 (d, J=8 Hz, 1H), 3.92 (m, 1H), 3.73 (s, 3H), 3.51 (m, 2H), 3.37 (s, 3H), 3.29 (m, 1H), 3.11 (m, 1H), 2.87 (m, 4H), 2.82 (s, 3H), 2.61 (m, 2H), 2.21 (m, 2H), 2.10 (m, 1H), 1.95 (m, 1H), 1.84 (m, 1H), 1.67 (m, 3H), 1.51-1.31 (m, 5H).
