Title compound was prepared from 7-Amino-1,5,5-trimethyl-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-benzo[b]azepin-2-one and (2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-(2-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-amine in an analogous manner to Example 1221d. Product was isolated as a white solid (63 mg, 58%). LCMS: 501.11 (M+H), HPLC purity 99%, MP 105-109, 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ 12.01 (s, 1H), 10.27 (s, 1H), 8.34 (d, J=8.2 Hz, 1H), 8.08 (d, J=7.7 Hz, 1H), 8.05 (s, 1H), 7.57-7.44 (m, 4H), 7.15 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 1H), 3.35 (s, 3H), 3.14 (s, 3H), 2.34 (t, J=7.0 Hz, 2H), 2.07-2.03 (m, 2H), 1.24 (s, 6H).
