Title compound was prepared from 8-Amino-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-benzo[b]azepin-2-one and (2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-[2-fluoro-6-(tetrahydro-furan-3-ylmethoxy)-phenyl]-amine in an analogous manner to Example 1221d. Title compound was isolated as a white solid. (65 mg, 49%) HPLC purity=94%, LCMS=498.20 (M+H), 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz) δ 9.47 (s, 1H), 9.14 (s, 1H), 8.77 (s, 1H), 8.14 (s, 1H), 7.34-7.31 (m, 1H), 7.11 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 6.97 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 6.94-6.90 (m, 2H), 6.84 (d, J=8.3 Hz, 1H), 3.94-3.85 (m, 2H), 3.55-3.51 (m, 3H), 3.32-3.28 (m, 1H), 2.55-2.51 (m, 2H), 2.07-2.01 (m, 4H), 2.94-2.84 (m, 1H), 1.49-1.43 (m, 1H), 1.05-1.03 (m, 1H).
