Prepared from 3-(2-Methoxy-ethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[d]azepin-7-ylamine and [2-(3-Benzyloxy-propoxy)-6-fluoro-phenyl]-(2,5-dichloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-amine in an analogous manner to Example 1221d. Title compound was isolated as a white solid, HPLC purity 99%, LCMS 516.27 (M-benzyl), 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz) δ 9.63 (s, 1H), 9.32 (s, 1H), 8.47 (s, 1H), 8.09 (s, 1H), 7.38-7.35 (m, 1H), 7.28-7.25 (m, 4H), 7.18-7.15 (m, 3H), 7.14-7.12 (d, 1H), 7.01-6.99 (m, 1H), 6.85 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 4.24 (s, 2H), 4.08-4.05 (m, 2H), 3.80-3.72 (m, 2H), 3.58-3.50 (m, 2H), 3.35-3.31 (m, 7H), 3.20-2.90 (m, 6H), 1.85-1.81 (m, 2H).
