Title compound was prepared from 2,5-Dichloro-4-[2-fluoro-6-(tetrahydro-furan-3-yloxy)-phenoxy]-pyrimidine and 3-(2-Methoxy-ethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[d]azepin-7-ylamine in an analogous manner to Example 1d. Title compound was isolated as a white solid. HPLC purity=99%, LCMS=531.32 (M+H), 1HNMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ 9.00 (bs, 1H), 8.24 (s, 1H), 7.28-7.16 (m, 3H), 7.16-7.14 (m, 1H), 7.14 (d, J=7.3 Hz, 1H), 6.29 (bs, 1H), 4.97 (s, 1H), 3.86-3.78 (m, 8H), 3.38-3.32 (m, 7H), 2.85-2.81 (m, 3H), 2.60-2.55 (m, 1H), 2.09-1.95 (m, 2H).
