Following a procedure analogous to Example 113, N-(7-Amino-1-ethyl-6-methoxy-2-oxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[b]azepin-3-yl)-2,2,2-trifluoro-acetamide (193 mgs) and N-[(1R,2R)-2-(2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-cyclohexyl]-methanesulfonamide (180 mgs) gave the title compounds as an off-white solid (92 mgs). 1:1 mix of diastereomers. 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz): 8.29-8.24 (m, 1H), 8.05-8.02 (m, 1H), 7.59-7.52 (m, 1H), 7.02-7.00 (m, 1H), 4.55-4.53 (m, 2H), 3.94-3.90 (m, 1H), 3.85 (s, 1H), 3.59-3.53 (m, 1H), 3.38-3.32 (m, 1H), 3.16-3.10 (m, 1H), 2.90 (s, 3H), 2.76-2.68 (m, 1H), 2.57-2.52 (m, 1H), 2.20-1.20 (complex series of m, 12H); LC/MS: found (M+H)+=648; MP: 160-2° C.
