Following a procedure analogous to Example 113, N-(7-Amino-1-ethyl-6-methoxy-2-oxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[b]azepin-3-yl)-2,2,2-trifluoro-acetamide (78 mgs) and N(1)-(2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-2-methoxy-N(4),N(4)-dimethyl-benzene-1,4-diamine (60 mgs) were converted to the title compound as an off-white solid (50 mgs). 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz): 8.39 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 8.05-8.04 (m, 2H), 7.59 (s, 1H), 7.43 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 2H), 6.90 (d, J=8.9 Hz, 1H), 6.41-6.39 (m, 2H), 4.49-4.41 (m, 1H), 4.34-4.28 (m, 1H), 3.93 (s, 3H), 3.84 (s, 3H), 3.29-3.54 (m, 1H), 3.16-3.11 (m, 1H), 3.01 (s, 6H), 2.76-2.71 (m, 1H), 2.57-2.51 (m, 1H), 2.05-2.98 (m, 1H), 1.20 (t, J=7.3 Hz, 3H); LC/MS: found (M+H)+=622.52, MP: 192-193° C.
