Reaction Steps
The title compound was synthesized (420 mg, 6%) following a similar procedure as set out earlier in Description 2 starting from 1-(1,1-dimethylethyl) 2-methyl (2S)-5-oxo-1,2-pyrrolidinedicarboxylate (D1, 3.69 g, 15.2 mmol) and 3-bromophenyl phenylmethyl ether (D39); Rt (HPLC): 6.2 min.
