Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described in example 1.1, a mixture of 2-phenyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-indazol-3-ylamine (Andrew, Herbert F.; Buckley, Donald. (1963), GB 926327) and cyclohexanone ([108-94-1]) was reacted with sodium triacetoxyborohydride in the presence of acetic acid in CH2Cl2 under reflux conditions for 5 h to give the title compound as colorless oil. MS: m/e=296.4 [M+H+].
