In analogy to the procedure described in example 2.2, 3-chloro-4-[3-cyclohexyl-3-(2-phenyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-indazol-3-yl)-ureido]-benzoic acid methyl ester was treated with 1 N aqueous lithium hydroxide solution in THF/MeOH 1/1 for 1 h at ambient temperature to give the title compound as yellow solid. MS: m/e=493.3 [M+H+].
