Following the process of Example 11(c) using (6R,7R)-7-amino-6-methoxy-8,8-dimethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-naphthalene-2-carboxylic acid amide and 3,3-dimethyl-N-(3-oxo-propyl)-butyramide the TFA salt of the title compound was prepared. (m/z): [M+H]+ calcd for C23H37N3O3, 404.28; found, 404.8.
