The title compound was prepared following the procedure described for intermediate 53 substituting 8-iodo-2-(trifluoromethyl)-6,11-dihydro-5H-pyrido[2,3-b][1,5]benzodiazepine (intermediate 37) for 8-bromo-2-(trifluoromethyl)-6,11-dihydro-5H-pyrido[2,3-b][1,5]benzodiazepine, and 4-(trifluoromethoxy)benzenesulfonyl chloride substituted for [(4-tert-butylphenyl)-sulfonyl chloride. LC/MS: m/e 615.8 (M+H)+. 1H NMR (500 MHz, acetone-d6): δ 7.80 (1H, d, J=2.0 Hz), 7.79 (1H, d, J=7.8 Hz), 7.66 (1H, dd, J=8.5, 2.0 Hz), 7.55 (2H, d, J=8.4 Hz), 7.29 (2H, d, J=8.2 Hz), 7.17 (1H, d, J=7.6 Hz), 7.15 (2H, d, J=8.6 Hz), 4.70-4.90 (2H, br).
