Reaction Steps
(S)-2-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyridine-1-carboxylic acid (3-bromo-6-methoxy-pyridin-2-yl)-amide was prepared by reaction of 3-bromo-2-isocyanato-6-methoxy-pyridine with (S)-2-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyridin-4-one using the procedure of step 3 of Example 1. MS (M+H) 421.
