Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described for example 1, (4-bromo-2,6-dimethyl-phenyl)-[4-((S)-2-hydroxymethyl-pyrrolidin-1-yl)-piperidin-1-yl]-methanone (intermediate 4) was reacted with 4-trifluoromethoxy-phenyl boronic acid to give the title compound as light yellow solid. MS: 477.1 (MH+).
