As described for example 93b, 5-[3-(4-chloro-phenyl)-5-hydroxymethyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy]-2-methyl-2H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid (100 mg, 0.28 mmol), instead of 5-[3-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-5-hydroxymethyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy]-2-methyl-2H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid, was converted to the title compound (25 mg, 25%) which was obtained as a white solid. MS: m/e=363.1 [M+H]+.
