The compound was prepared from (8S,9S,10R,11S,13S,14S,17R)-11-hydroxy-10,13-dimethyl-3-oxo-1,2,3,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16-tetradecahydrodispiro[cyclopenta[a]phenanthrene-17,4′-[1,3]dioxolane-5′,4″-[1,3]dioxolane]-2-carbaldehyde and (3,4-difluorophenyl)hydrazine according to the procedure for Intermediate 50. APCI-MS m/z: 541 [MH+].
