Reaction Steps
Prepared from tert-butyl-(2-isothiocyanato-5-nitro-benzyloxy)-dimethyl-silane (Example C1) (2.0 g, 6 mmol) and phenoxyethylamine (807 mg, 6 mmol) according to the procedure described for Example 1. Obtained the title compound as a yellow solid (550 mg, 30%), MS (ISP) m/e=314.0 [(M+H)+].
