Reaction Steps
A solution of Example 73C (0.19 g), 3-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)pyrrolidine (0.344 g), and potassium carbonate (0.255 g) in dichloromethane (6.2 mL) was refluxed for 4 hours then cooled, stirred for 18 hours, diluted with dichloromethane (50 mL), washed with 0.1M HCl, saturated sodium bicarbonate, and brine, and dried (MgSO4), filtered, and concentrated; and the concentrate was recrystallized from diethyl ether.
