(2S,4R)-4-(2-trifluoromethyl-benzenesulfonyl)-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid (1-cyano-cyclopropyl)-amide hydrochloride from experiment K5 was reductively aminated with methoxy acetaldehyde in analogy to experiment L3 to give (2S,4R)-1-(2-methoxy-ethyl)-4-(2-trifluoromethyl-benzenesulfonyl)-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid (1-cyano-cyclopropyl)-amide as a colorless oil. MS: 446.3 [M+H]+.
