Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described in example 192f, (2S,4R)-4-methanesulfonyl-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester trifluoroacetate was reacted with tert-butyl acetoacetate in the presence of triethylamine to give the title compound. MS (ESI): m/z=292.2 [M+H]+.
