Procedure
and 1-(4-(7-((R)-5,5-dimethyltetrahydrofuran-3-yl)-4-((S)-3-methylmorpholino)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidin-2-yl)phenyl)-3-ethylurea (no2): Compounds no1 and no2 were prepared by the general procedure of Example 267, by substituting 5,5-dimethyldihydrofuran-3(2H)-one for tetrahydrofuran-3-carbaldehyde, then followed by chiral separation to afford products no1 and no2. LC-MS: m/z=+495 (M+H)+.
