Reaction Steps
The compound ru was prepared following the general procedure described in Example 5 by reacting 1-ethyl-3-(4-(4-morpholino-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidin-2-yl)phenyl)urea hydrochloride salt with 4-Fluorobenzoic acid chloride: LC-MS m/z=505 (M+H).
