Procedure
5.1 ml of benzoyl chloride are added under argon and at 0° C. to 3.4 g of ammonium thiocyanate in 80 ml of anhydrous acetone and the reaction mixture is stirred for 15 minutes. 7.48 g of N-propyl-2,4-dichloroaniline (Compound 5-1) in 60 ml of anhydrous acetone are added and the reaction mixture is stirred for 2 hours at room temperature. It is evaporated to dryness, the residue obtained is taken up in dichloromethane, washed with water and dried. 13.5 g of the expected product are obtained in the form of an oil; yield=82%.
