PROCEDURE

实验过程

A solution of 2-[(5-dimethylaminomethyl-2-furyl)methylthio]ethylamine (2.41 g; 11.2 mmoles) [prepared according to the procedure described in Belgian Pat. No. 857,388] in 20 ml of dry methanol was added all at once to a well stirred, cold (8°) suspension of 3,4-dimethoxy-1,2,5-thiadiazole 1,1-dioxide (2.0 g; 11.2 mmoles) in 200 ml of methanol. After stirring at 8°-10° for 15 minutes, a methanolic solution of the title compound is produced.
