Procedure
A mixture of 4-amino-2,6-dichloro-7,8-dimethoxyquinazoline (5.48 g., 0.020 mole) and 3-pyrrolidinol (2.18 g., 0.025 mole) in 150 ml. of isoamyl alcohol is heated at reflux for five hours then cooled in ice. The precipitated product is collected by filtration and purified by recrystallization to obtain the title compound.
