Reaction Steps
Using a procedure similar to Description 6, the title compound (D12) was prepared in 73% yield from 2-amino-3-cyano-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)methyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindole (D5) and methyl-3-methoxycinnamate.
