Procedure
A mixture of 5-(3-fluoropyridin-4-yl)-6-pyridin-3-ylpyrazine-2,3-diamine (Example 153, 0.100 g, 0.35 mmol) and 4-fluorobenzoyl chloride (0.074 g, 0.46 mmol) in pyridine (1 mL) was stirred and heated to 120° C. in a sealed tube for 24 hours. Water was added and the filtered solid was purified by silica gel chromatography eluting with CH2Cl2/MeOH (98:1 to 95:5) to give the title compound (0.045 g, 33%) as an off-white solid.
