Starting from the compound 265 and following the procedure described above for the synthesis of compound 262a (scheme 59, step 4, example 218), title compound 262b was obtained in 87% yield as an off-white solid. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ (ppm): 12.40 (s, 1H), 11.78 (s, 1H), 7.83(dd, 1H, J1=10.95 Hz, J2=1.9 Hz), 7.56(d, 1H, 2.7 Hz), 7.49(d, 1H, J=5.5 Hz), 7.43-7.39 (m, 2H), 7.37-7.33 (m, 4H), 7.31-7.26 (m, 2H), 6.52(d, 1H, J2=2.9 Hz), 4.11 (s, 3H), 3.84 (s, 2H), MS (m/z): 435.1 (M+H) (found).
