Starting from the compound 219 (scheme 47) and following the procedure described above for the synthesis of compound 305a, title compound 305b was obtained in 15% yield as a white solid. 1H NMR (d-DMSO) δ (ppm): 11.07 (s, 1H), 10.66 (s, 1H), 8.67(d, 1H, J=5.5 Hz), 8.27 (s, 1H), 7.85-7.80 (m, 2H), 7.65 (s, 1H), 7.51(t, 1H, J=8.6Hz), 7.46(d, 1H), 7.34-7.28(m, 5H), 6.85(d, 1H, J=5.3 Hz), 4.03 (s, 3H), 3.74 (s, 2H). MS (m/z): 502.2 (M+H) (found).
