Reaction Steps
Analogously to Method D, 0238 g of tert-butyl 3-hydroxy-4-{4-[3-(2-methoxybenzyloxy)-propoxy]phenyl}piperidine-1-carboxylate and 0.128 g of N-(3-chloromethylphenyl)-N-3-methoxypropyl)acetamide are reacted. The title compound is obtained as a slightly yellowish oil. Rf=0.20 (2:1 EtOAc-heptane); Rt=5.80.
