To 1,1-dimethylethyl [[3-[[[(tetrahydro-3-oxo-1,1-diphenyl-3H-oxazolo[3,4-a]pyrazin-7(1H)-yl)carbonyl]amino]methyl]phenyl]methyl]carbamate (0.12 g, 0.22 mmol) was added trifluoroacetic acid (1.5 mL), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours. To the reaction solution was added diisopropyl ether, the precipitated powder was collected by filtration and dried to obtain the title compound (0.11 g, yield 84%).
