The HPLC profile of the trans-resveratrol and piceid standards is shown in FIG. 3. The standards contained 100 ppm of trans-resveratrol and 100 ppm of piceid. Piceid was eluted at about 6 minutes from the pipe column. Trans-resveratrol was eluted at about 17 minutes from the pipe column.
