Example (E288) was prepared from 3-cyclobutyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[d]azepin-7-ol (E3) and 4-(6-chloro-2-pyrazinyl)morpholine [Zagulyaeva, . A., J. Org. Chem. USSR, EN, 14; 1978; 377-380] using an analogous method to that described for Example 242 (E242); MS (ES+) m/e 381 [M+H]+.
