Reaction Steps
This compound was obtained according to example 4, step A1 from 5-cyanoindole (500 mg) and (S)-4-methyl-2,2-dioxo-[1,2,3]oxathiazolidine-3-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester IV (1.0 g). Yield: 1.09 g, yellow solid.
