To a solution of N-cyclopropyl-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-propyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxamide (1.2 g) obtained in Example 1c) in ethanol (38 ml) was added 10% Pd/C (50% wet) (0.12 g) and the mixture was stirred overnight under a hydrogen atmosphere. The reaction mixture was filtered through celite, and the filtrate was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column (methanol/ethyl acetate=1/10) to give the title compound as a white powder (0.91 g, 84%).
