To a solution of 1-(4-aminophenyl)-N-cyclopropyl-5-propyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxamide (0.34 g) obtained in Example 1d) in dichloromethane (24 ml) was added benzoyl chloride (0.14 ml) under ice-cooling, and the mixture was stirred for 30 min and at room temperature for 3 hr. The reaction mixture was washed with saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate solution, and dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the precipitated solid was washed with ethyl acetate to give the title compound as a white powder (0.36 g, 78%).
