Procedure

To a solution of 1-(4-cyanophenyl)-N-cyclopropyl-5-propyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxamide (0.43 g) obtained in Example 64b) in ethanol (15 ml) was added Raney-nickel (0.09 g), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 14 hr under a hydrogen atmosphere. The reaction mixture was filtered through celite, and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column (ethyl acetate/hexane=1/1 to ethyl acetate) to give the title compound as a pale-yellow powder (0.11 g, 24%).
