The title compound is prepared essentially as described for 1-[4-(4-{fluoro-[3-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)-phenyl]-methyl}-benzyloxy)-2-hydroxy-3-propyl-phenyl]-ethanone employing 3-{1-[4-(4-acetyl-3-hydroxy-2-propyl-phenoxymethyl)-phenyl]-vinyl}-benzonitrile to give 72 mg, of the title compound as a tan solid 65%. 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 12.87 (s, 1H), 8.00-8.07 (m, 2H), 7.83-7.86 (m, 2H), 7.65 (t, 1H), 7.39-7.54 (m, 4H), 6.76 (d, 1H), 5.68 (s, 1H), 5.63 (s, 1H), 5.32 (s, 2H), 2.58-2.65 (m, 5H), 1.48-1.53 (m, 2H), 0.89 (t, 3H). LCMS M−1 453.
