Reaction Steps
The resultant compound from Example 70 (596 mg, 1.77 mmol) in dry DMF (15 mL) was added to NaH (260 mg, 6.5 mmol, 60% in oil, hexane washed) in DMF (5 mL) at 0° C. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 16 hours and the solvent was removed under reduced pressure. The residue was partitioned between ethyl acetate and saturated aqueous NaHCO3 solution and the organic phase was dried over Na2SO4 and evaporated to afford 472 mg (100%) of product as an oil.
