Reaction Steps
The solution of 100 mg of the compound obtained in stage 3.1 in 1.6 ml of methanol is stirred at 20° C. for 15 minutes in the presence of 1 ml of sodium hydroxide (2M). 3.3 ml of hydrochloric acid (1N; pH=4) are added at 10° C. The mixture is evaporated to dryness, the residue is then purified by C18 reverse phase silica preparative chromatography, elution being carried out with an acetonitrile/water gradient from 40/60 to 80/20, and then the solution obtained is lyophilized after freezing. The expected product is obtained in the form of a white powder.
