Reaction Steps
Following the general procedure outlined in Example 3, 1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-4-yl(diphenyl)methanol (0.0665 g, 0.227 mmol) and 1-bromo-2-{[2-(methyloxy)ethyl]oxy}ethane (0.05 5 mL, 0.405 mmol) in 2 CH3CN/3 CHCl3 (4.0 mL) were reacted to give the desired product (0.0843 g, 78.8%). EI-MS m/z 396(M+) Rt (1.64 min).
