Reaction Steps

To a slurry of ˜0.12 mmol ethyl benzamide from Step 5 in 2 mL CH2Cl2 was added 27 mg (0.36 mmol, 3 equiv.) 3-aminopropanol and 62 μL (0.36 mmol) diisopropylethylamine and the reaction was mixed overnight at room temperature. The reaction was concentrated and the residue was purified by preparative 6HPLC to afford 15.8 mg of the title compound [5LC-MS data (molecular ion and retention time): m/z 448 (M+H); 1.90 min] as an oil.
