Potassium carbonate (6.4 mg, 0.05 mmol) was added to a solution of N-[(3R,6S)-1-(cyclopropylmethyl)-7-oxo-3-phenyl-1,4-diazepan-6-yl]-4-(2-oxo-4-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazol-1-yl)piperidine-1-carboxamide (12.2.0 mg, 0.023 mmol) and benzyl bromide (14 □L, 0.12 mmol) in acetone (0.5 mL). After 18 h, the mixture was concentrated. Purification by silica gel chromatography (1% methanol/dichloromethane→5% methanol/dichloromethane) gave the title compound (11 mg). MS 619.3 (M+1).
