A solution of Example 96B (0.233 g, 1.20 mmol) in pyridine (4 mL) was treated with benzenesulfonyl chloride (0.20 mL, 1.6 mmol), and stirred for 7 hours at ambient temperature. The mixture was concentrated and the residue was purified by C18 reverse-phase HPLC with acetonitrile/water/0.5 mM ammonium acetate to provide the desired product. MS (ESI(+)) m/e 343 (M+H)+.
