A mixture of Example 103B (25 mg, 0.068 mmol) in methanol (3 mL) was treated with NaBH4 (5.2 mg, 0.137 mmol), stirred at room temperature for 3 hours, and concentrated. The concentrate was purified by reverse phase HPLC to provide the desired product. MS (ESI) m/e 364 (M−H)−; 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 7.74 (m, 2H), 7.32 (m, 2H), 7.23 (d, 1H), 7.18 (br s, 1H), 6.9 (d, 1H), 4.59 (br s, 1H), 2.6 (m, 2H), 1.85 (m, 2H), 1.5 (m, 2H).
