Reaction Steps
A mixture of Example 384 (0.16 g, 0.35 mmol), and platinum oxide (0.20 g) in acetic acid (35 mL) was shaken in a reactor pressurized with 60 psi of H2 at 25° C. for 80 hours, filtered, and concentrated to provide the desired product. MS (DCI) m/e 458 (M+H)+.
