A solution of Example 615D (0.165 g, 0.31 mmol) and 2-methylpyrrolidine (70 mg, 0.8 mmol) in anhydrous CH3CN (3.0 mL) was heated at 50° C. for 10 hours. The mixture was directly purified on a silica gel column, eluting with ethyl acetate, then 5% methanol in CH2Cl2, giving the desired product. 85 mg, 52.7%. MS (ESI(−)) m/e 505 (M−H)−.
