Reaction Steps
Using general procedure A, 4-(methylthio)aniline (250 μL, 2.01 mmol) and 1-Boc-4-piperidone (400 mg, 2.01 mmol) afforded 4-(4-methylsulfanyl-phenylamino)-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (502 mg, 77%).
